These are the terms for using tgtdiv.com and buying from us. The first part is a short summary in plain words, including our offer terms. The full terms follow. Our Refund Policy, Shipping & returns page and Privacy Policy are part of these terms. None of this affects your rights under consumer law.

Agreeing to these terms

By checking out or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Refund Policy. We show this next to the checkout buttons in your cart, and links to these Terms and our policies appear at checkout before you pay. We record on your order which version of these Terms applies.

Offer terms

Welcome offer (WELCOME30). 30% off eligible products on your first order with us. One use per customer. Eligibility is checked at checkout, so it will not apply if you have ordered before. It can be combined with the Duo saving. No cash value.
Duo saving. 10% off automatically when your cart has 2 or more items. Mix any products, colours or sizes. If you return part of an order, your refund is what you actually paid for the returned item after discounts.
Free shipping. Free standard shipping to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Orders to the European Union: CA$2.99, free from CA$100.
Prices shown with an offer (for example, "Eligible new customers pay CA$61.71") are worked out from current prices and change if prices change.
Changes. We may change or end an offer at any time. A change never affects an order you have already placed.

How we describe our products

Colours can look slightly different on your screen than in real life.
Sizes and capacities are approximate.
Photos and videos: some lifestyle images are styled, edited or digitally created to show how a product can be used. The product description lists what is included and what the product does.
Features: we only describe features we believe are accurate. If an item is not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
Comparisons on our pages (for example, carrying one 2-in-1 bottle instead of a separate bottle, bowl and treat pouch) describe convenience. They are not performance test results.
Reviews: reviews labelled "Imported review" come from buyers of the same product on another marketplace. We do not write, edit or pay for reviews.

Using our products safely with your pet

Supervise your pet the first few times they use something new.
Check products for wear, and stop using anything chewed, cracked or damaged.
Our products are not toys (unless we say so) and are not medical or veterinary products. For questions about your pet's health, diet or hydration, ask your vet.
Follow any care instructions that come with the product.

Delivery

Delivery dates on product pages are estimates: 1 to 3 business days to process, plus carrier time. If we cannot ship on time, we will tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund. See Shipping & returns.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as set out in our Refund Policy. Faulty, damaged, misdescribed or wrong items are always put right, including sale items. Customers in the UK and EU can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Your photos, videos and notes

If you send us photos or videos of your pet with our products, we only use them with your permission and credit you as you prefer. The thank-you note on our homepage is created on your device; the name you type is not sent to us.

Full terms

"TGT-DIV", "we", "us" and "our" mean TGT-DIV, 11 Woodlot Cres, Etobicoke, Ontario M9W 6T2, Canada. "You" means the person using the store or placing an order.

Your consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms takes away or limits any right or remedy you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, including the laws of Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand. Where these Terms conflict with those laws, the law applies.

1. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. The information you give us (such as your name, email, delivery address and payment details) must be accurate and yours to use. You are responsible for keeping any account login safe. You may use the store only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not misuse it, for example by trying to disrupt it, copying it in bulk, or using automated tools or AI agents without identifying them and respecting any limits we set.

2. Our products and how we describe them

We aim to show colours accurately, but screens and lighting differ, so the colour you receive may look slightly different from the photos. Sizes and capacities are approximate and may vary slightly between production batches. Some lifestyle images are styled, edited or digitally created to show how a product can be used; they are illustrations, and what is included and what the product does are set out in the product description. We only describe features we believe to be accurate. If we find a mistake in a description, we will correct it, and if it affected your order you are entitled to a remedy under our Refund Policy as a misdescribed item. Comparisons on our pages describe convenience and are not performance test results. Some reviews were imported from buyers of the same product on another marketplace and are labelled "Imported review"; we do not write, edit or pay for reviews, and we do not remove reviews because they are negative, except for content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated to the product. Follow any instructions that come with a product, supervise your pet with anything new, check products regularly for wear, and stop using any product that is chewed, cracked or damaged. Our products are not toys unless we say so, and they are not medical or veterinary products. Nothing on our store is veterinary advice. We may limit quantities or stop selling a product at any time.

3. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store and are charged as shown at checkout. Taxes, and any duties we are required to collect, are shown at checkout before you pay. For deliveries outside Canada, your country may charge import taxes or duties that are not collected at checkout; if so, they are payable by you unless the law of your country says otherwise. If your bank converts currency, it may charge its own fee. If a product is shown at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we will tell you before we ship, and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will never ask you to pay more after your order has shipped.

4. Offers and discount codes

Offers have their own conditions, shown next to the offer and in the Offer terms above. Discounts have no cash value and are applied at checkout. We may change or end an offer at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already placed. If you return part of an order that used an offer, your refund is the amount you actually paid for the returned item after discounts.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in it. Before you pay, checkout shows a summary of your order so you can check it and correct any mistakes. Our order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order and includes a copy of your order details; please keep it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is unavailable, the price was wrong, or we suspect fraud). If we do, we will tell you and refund anything you paid in full.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times shown on product pages and on our Shipping & returns page are estimates based on our usual processing and carrier times. If we cannot ship your order within the time we told you, we will let you know, give you a revised date if we have one, and you can cancel and receive a full refund for anything that has not shipped. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, not as described or not what you ordered, you are always entitled to a remedy, whether or not it was bought on sale. Customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union can also cancel within 14 days of receiving their order without giving a reason; we refund within 14 days of receiving the items back or proof that they were sent.

8. Content you share with us

If you send us reviews, photos or videos, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that anyone shown in them agrees. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show them on our store and social media, credited as you ask. We will ask before using your content in paid advertising. You can ask us to remove your content at any time by emailing us.

9. Our content and trademarks

The store, its text, design, images and the TGT-DIV name belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Relationship with Shopify and other services

TGT-DIV is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with TGT-DIV. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and TGT-DIV, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with TGT-DIV. Payments, express checkout wallets and some other features are provided by third parties, whose own terms apply to their services.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows: we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control; and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for damage or injury caused by using a product in a way that is clearly unsafe or contrary to its instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order, and that you agree to at checkout, applies to that order. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where your local law allows. Please contact us first: most issues can be sorted out quickly.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the store and your orders.
