Shipping & returns

Getting your order should be as easy as using it. Here is exactly what to expect, and what to do if something is not right.

Delivery times

Allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Products ship from our international partners.

Estimated delivery after processing:

United States and Canada: 7–10 days.
Other destinations: 7–12 days.

Delivery may take longer during busy periods. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Track your order

We will email your tracking number when your order ships. If tracking has not moved for more than 15 days, or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us with your order number.

Returns and refunds

To request a return, email support@tgtdiv.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Eligibility, conditions and exclusions are explained in our return policy. Please contact us before sending anything back.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and a clear photo so we can help.
